SMS and Email Delivery Data

For alerts, we track basic delivery data such as timestamps, delivery success or failure, and associated contact details. We do not store message content longer than necessary for delivery purposes.

We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

We use your information to:

• Provide email and SMS alerts for your selected coverage areas
• Process subscription payments and maintain billing records

5. SMS Consent & Opt-In

Your SMS consent is explicitly collected through a checkbox that is unchecked by default when you sign up or update contact information. You must actively check the box to opt in to SMS notifications.

• Tokenized payment processing through Stripe
• Restricted internal access to customer data
